Farmington's Annual Signature Events showcase the charm, character and culture of the area. Visitors can expect an in depth look at our local talent, artisans from the area, the diverse cultures of the region and, of course, our obsession with America's favorite pastime, baseball!

All events are listed in order of the date they occur, and all are family-friendly, quality events that are enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.

The Farmington Growers Market is a public market that brings together locally grown food, hand-made crafts, and our community. Saturday market runs from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (9:00 am to noon in October) throughout the season. The Tuesday market will begin in July and run from 4:30 -7:00 pm.

Each October, mountain bikers meet in Farmington, New Mexico to compete in the annual Road Apple Rally! The Road Apple Rally is a favorite for professional and new riders and is celebrating 42 years of racing this year.

More information on the 2022 Audubon Bird Count coming soon! Take part in a holiday tradition and enjoy an afternoon along the Animas River trails, as you take part in the annual Audubon bird census! 70,000 counters, at more than 2,300 locations, stretching from the Arctic Circle to the tip of South America will conduct the count during the month of December. Join birders in Farmington, for this fun day of trail walks and bird watching!

Experience the epic off-roading found in the Farmington area at the Four Corners 4x4 Week Fall Crawl. The 2023 Fall Crawl offers three days of trial runs exploring the scenic landscapes and phenomenal trails and kick-starts a week of off-roading adventures. Tickets are limited for this event.
