Wenesday, July 1, 2026

Citizens Bank Flag Dedication Ceremony | Main Branch, W Broadway | 4:30pm
Citizens Bank will dedicate a 60 ft tall flagpole that has been installed at the West Broadway location. The flag will honor veterans, first responders, and teachers of the Four Corners. Light refreshments will be served.

Firecracker Fun Festival | Bisti Bay Water Park | 1pm - 4pm
Join the fun at Bisti Bay Waterpark  for the annual Firecracker Fun Festival! There will be fun water games, activities and prizes! The cost is $6 per person. For more information, call the Farmington Aquatic Center at (505) 599-1167 or Bisti Bay Waterpark at (505) 599-1188.

Gem & Mineral Show | McGee Park | 10am - 6pm
Enjoy gemstones, jewelry, mineral specimens, tools, books, family activities, door prizes and more! $1 entry fee.

Fireworks Display | Sullivan Hill | 9:25pm
At 9:25 pm, a beautiful 20 minute fireworks display will be set off from Sullivan Hill (west of 30th Street & College Blvd). This unique display is choreographed to a soundtrack of classic and current patriotic hits and simulcast on KWYK 94.9 FM. Tune into 94.9 FM early for updates on the display . Popular viewing areas include San Juan College, Farmington Public Library, and the Farmington Museum & Visitor Center.

Gem & Mineral Show | McGee Park | 10am - 6pm
Enjoy gemstones, jewelry, mineral specimens, tools, books, family activities, door prizes and more! Hours are 10am - 6pm on Friday and Saturday, 10am - 5pm on Sunday. Held at McGee Park. Entry fee $1/person, children under 12 free.

Party in the Park | Brookside Park | 10am - 4pm
Vendors, live entertainment, a skateboard competition and more will all be a part of this family-friendly event.

Ice Cream Social | E3 Children’s Museum | 11am - 3pm
Stop by E3 Children's Museum and enjoy great free entertainment and affordable family activities, as well as cool treats and food for sale. Proceeds benefit the Farmington Museum Foundation.

Summer Terrace Series | Farmington Museum & Visitor Center Terrace | 6pm - 7:30pm

Freedom Days Electric Light Parade | Downtown Main Street | 9pm
Celebrate the 4th of July as illuminated floats and patriotic entries make their way down Historic Downtown Main Street for this evening light parade. The parade will begin at 9pm. Parade entries accepted beginning May 1st. More information, including how to register your entry, found here.
