Thursday, June 30

Outdoor Summer Theater “The Addams Family” - 8p.m.
Sandstone Productions at Lions Wilderness Park.
Tickets: adult $12, senior and student $8, child $7

 

Friday, July 1

Gem & Mineral Show - 10a.m. to 6p.m.
Farmington Civic Center. Sponsor: San Juan County Gem and Mineral Society. Free

TGIF Music & Lunch with Grant & Randy - 11a.m. to 1p.m. 
Orchard Park. Sponsor: Farmington Downtown Association. Free

Freedom Fours Co-ed Volleyball Tournament - 8a.m. to Dusk

Family Freedomfest - 5p.m. to 8:30p.m.
Farmington Museum & Visitor Center. Brought to you by Kysar Millennium Leavitt Insurance.
Food and ice cream available for purchase. Stay after and enjoy the fireworks and musical simulcast! Free Event
        5:30    Ice Cream Eating Contest – 5pm sign up, thanks to the Farmington Museum Foundation & Creamland Dairies
        5:00    Performance by San Juan College’s Company
        6:30    Delbert Anderson Trio, thanks to the Connie Gotsch Arts Foundation

Skateboard Competition - 11a.m.
Brookside Park at Party in the Park. Registration 11am and competition begins at noon. Free event.

Water Balloon Fight - 2p.m.
Brookside Park at Party in the Park. 2pm Line Up, 2:15pm Launch.  Free event, open to all. Water balloons provided, bring your own squirt guns. Sponsor: Farmington City Councilor Sean Sharer

Papa John’s Pizza Eating Contest - 3p.m.
Brookside Park at Party in the Park. Benefiting San Juan County Special Olympics. Purchase tickets for the chance to compete and win free pizza for 1 year. $5 for 1 chance or $20 for 5. Sponsor: Papa John’s Pizza 

Freedom Days Electric Light Parade - 9p.m.
Main Street, Parade entry info and parade entry application. Downtown Farmington. Sponsor: The Bridge Assisted Living
