Preschool children and their families are invited to bring lunch and meet at the Nature Center for a picnic, followed by a story or activity and a stroller-friendly walk in the park.
Event Information
Families with toddlers and pre-school children are invited to come, every tuesday, for a picnic at the Nature Center. This program is tailored for young children and their parents, with stroller-friendly walks, activities using all our senses, and of course feeding the ducks. Just bring your lunch to the Nature Center at 11:00 a.m. to eat inside or outside, depending on weather, following by a short walk or activity. Activities will be over by 12:30 p.m. in time for afternoon naps.
