In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of wire wrapping techniques, including how to shape and manipulate wire to create intricate designs. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced jewelry maker, this class is the perfect opportunity to unleash your creativity and make something truly special. Join this wire wrapping jewelry class and discover the art of creating stunning and unique pieces of jewelry using wire!
The class will take place on Saturday, October 26th from 12:00-4:00pm. Registration fee is $45 which covers tools and supplies. Limit of 6 people per class. To reserve your spot, phone 505-716-7660 or stop by the gallery.
About the Instructor:
Joyce Hughes was born and raised in eastern Nebraska and moved to Farmington in 1988. Seven years ago, she took a metalsmithing class at San Juan College and some wire wrapping and weaving classes. During the Covid shutdown, she turned to the internet to learn more about wire wrapping and weaving. This is when she learned to love working with wire to make her jewlery!
Credit Cards are accepted. No refunds on class fees. In the event of an emergency, the class fee can be applie dto another class ONE TIME only. Payment for class is required in advance.
