ICAN Health and Nutrition Classes for Kids

Ican Health and Nutrition classes, with Jamie Ortiz, will include hands on way to learn about the foods they eat!  They will explore what nutrients each food contains, how these foods fuel their bodies in different ways and fun ways to prepare and try new food! 

The classes will take place every Monday from 1:00-2:00pm at the tables in the lobby next to the sign in desk at the Sycamore Park Community Center.  For more information, you can phone Jamie Ortiz at 505-334-9496 or email her here.
