Finally, a customer service program built specifically for Farmington, New Mexico! This unique program features an online course and live workshop.
The Farmington Visitor Journey A2D™ training helps you create positive experiences by arming you with local resources, service skills and an increased understanding of your importance to our local tourism industry. This program was designed to increase awareness of how all business sectors fit together to build the visitor’s total experience. And, how one person’s actions can create a snowball effect of negative – or positive – encounters. The program will be offered on an ongoing basis. Once registered, participants will complete the online course (1.5 to 2 hours) then attend a Live Class (75 minutes) at the Farmington Museum & Visitors Center.
