Fall Dumpster Weekend

City of Farmington residents (no county road addresses) are invited to dispose of large household trash items and yard trimmings for FREE during the Fall Dumpster Weekend.

Proof of residency is REQUIRED (2 forms). Please bring a valid photo ID AND a current utility bill (within 60 days).

Load Restriction: They will accept a standard full-size truck bed. If residents bring a trailer, the maximum size allowed is 10-feet. Residents may be redirected to the landfill if limits are exceeded.

Please be prepared to unload your haul. WM staff will assist when available, but you are responsible for properly disposing of anything you bring to the event.

THEY CAN TAKE:

• Yard trimmings & waste
• Scrap metal
• Cardboard
• Non-hazardous trash
• Dried paint
• Refrigerators/Freezers (limit two)
• Tires (limit eight)

THEY CANNOT TAKE:

• Cement or bricks
• COMMERCIAL LOADS!
• Electronics
