Event Information
This annual community-building campaign promotes police/community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie in an effort to make neighborhoods a safer place to live. It enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement, while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
National Night Out events are typically held the first Tuesday in August. However, due to our community’s busy August schedule, our National Night Out will be a festive fall event. Activities and attractions will include a police pumpkin pick for kids, a pig cookie decorating station, K9 demonstrations, bicycle safety, recruiting tryouts for kids, bubble soccer, rides, food vendors, music and more. This year’s fundraising activities will include a dunk the chief tank and a 3 vs 3 basketball tournament. Proceeds will benefit the Farmington Boys and Girls Club.
