Aztec Wellness Day

Aztec Wellness invites you to be a part of the first annual Aztec Wellness Day on Saturday, August 24th, starting at 7:30am. There will be yoga, a mindful marketplace, Henna Tattoo's Group Drumming with 30 drums FCFS. There will also be live uplifting music with Syd the Indigo, Ayurveda, Reiki, food and more!

• 7:00am Yoga 
• 7:45am Meditaiton
• 9:00am-12:00pm 15 minute Ayurvedic readings with Aztec Wellness, plus Reiki Consulations at the plaza
• 12:00-1:00pm Hot Yoga
• 2:30pm Drum Circle
• 6:00pm Group OM Guided Mediation
• 6:30pm Live Music Syd the Indigo
• Live Music Concert at the 550 Courtyard
