The exciting and vibrant African Drumming Ensemble will perform a high-energy, outstanding World Music performance of West African drumming and dance music from Guinea and Mali. This music represents kinship, collaboration, improvisation, innovative rhythmic interplay, and audience involvement!
The performance will include:
- Garangedon
- Makru
- Madan
- Mamaya
- Matadi
- Moribayassa
- Tiriba
- Toro
Admission:
Tickets are available online, at the San Juan College Bookstore, as well as in person at the door the evening of the performance. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for seniors. Students/Encore/Faculty are free with ID.
