A Trip to the Moon

A Trip to the Moon is set in the transformative summer of 1969, revolving around dreams of love, equality and reaching for the starts. Comprised of 8 scenes, each named after iconic songs from 1969, the play explores various stories and themes. Amid humor and heart, the play reflects on the past, highlighting who we once were and prompting us to consider who we could be, emphasizing the idea that to achieve the impossible, we must reach for the stars.  The play is directed by the Piedra Vista Theater Directing and Playwrighting Class.
