Love Your Heart: Join San Juan Regional Heart Center in a celebration of National Heart Month! Take part in the Goosebump Race and attend the health fair.
February 2019 marks the eleventh year San Juan Regional Medical Center has raised awareness about heart health during National Heart Month. This heartfelt community event offers a variety of activities and educational information for the whole family dedicated to keeping your heart healthy, as well as our 5K Goosebump Race, followed by a 1-mile fun run/walk. Proceeds from the Goosebump Race will benefit the Charles E. Wilkins’ Scholarship Fund for Cardiovascular Excellence.
Entry fee for the 5k race is $10 for adults (ages 13 and older) and $5 for children (ages 12 and younger). Proceeds benefit the Charles E. Wilkins’ Scholarship Fund for Cardiovascular Excellence. All who register for this event before 3 p.m. on Friday, February 15, 2019 will receive a t-shirt.
There is no registration fee for the 1 mile fun run/walk. This portion of the race is not timed and does not include a t-shirt.
