Join us for the 3rd Annual NWNM Local Food Summit on July 10, 2020, from 9 am-1 pm, which will be held as a virtual conference to ensure the safety of our community members during the COVD pandemic. The online conference will continue the work on the NWNM Community Action Plan that continues to propel the local food system in our region.

Join us on July 11 from 10am-noon for the live stream Local Food Cook off! The cook-off will take place live at the Farmington Growers Market, but can also be viewed online through zoom or on Facebook on the Buy Fresh Buy Local page.

Breakout Tracks

Health and Community
A break out track for community members, small businesses and health professionals. This is a great track for anyone interested in learning more about how we can improve community health through a local food system.

Institutions
A break out track for school and institution purchasers such as senior centers and hospitals. A great track for anyone interested in learning about how they can add local food to their foodservice programs.

Farmers
A break out for farmers and community members that are interested in supporting or engaging in growing local food products.

Youth
A break out for young community members that are interested in participating and advocating for our local food system. A great track for students that want to play a key role in building a sustainable future for NWNM.
