Foraging and edible plant experts, Clair and Doug Smith, will lead an informative demonstration on identifying, gathering and cooking foraged plants. You might even have the chance to taste some of their delicious prepared dishes! This is a free event at the Farmington Museum & Visitor Center on Saturday, March 23rd at 12:00pm. No registration is required.
