A small group of people help Jesus Christ tell different parables by using a wide variety of games, storytelling techniques and a hefty dose of comic timing. An eclectic blend of songs, ranging in style from pop to vaudeville, is employed as the story of Jesus' life dances across the stage. Dissolving hauntingly into the Last Supper and the Crucifixion, Jesus' messages of kindness, tolerance and love come vibrantly to life.

Performances will begin at 7:30pm on September 15th-17th at the Farmington Civic Center.  This is a free event.  These programs were created in memory of Heather McGaughey, a professional actress and entertainer who tragically lost her life in Farmington in July of 2005. Heather strove both to pursue excellence in her art and to elevate those around her to their best.

The mission of the Heather McGaughey programs continues to be building the love of theater and promoting self-confidence and teamwork skills in Farmington’s youth AND adults. The goal is to provide Farmington residents with basic theatre training and the opportunity to perform. Some of the key areas students can expect to focus on are The Actor's Process, Musical Theatre and Character Development, Theatrical Movement, Devised Theatre, and Scenic Design.

Heather McGaughey Four Corners Theatre Academy is managed by the Farmington Civic Center.
