Fit Night at Brown's Shoe Store

Lace up and join Brown’s Shoe Store for Fit Night—a free, family-friendly celebration of health, movement, and community! Taking place on the third Thursday of May, this all-levels walk, jog, or run invites participants of all ages (and even your dogs!) to get active together.

The event kicks off at 6:00pm from the store at 124 W. Main, with check-in and registration opening at 5:30pm. Follow a clearly marked course with distance signs every half mile, up to 2.5 miles. Whether you prefer a quick half-mile stroll or want to challenge yourself with multiple laps, this flexible route is designed for everyone—go at your own pace and choose the distance that feels right for you.

Plan to return to the store by 7:00pm, where the fun continues with exciting giveaways! One lucky man and one lucky woman will win free shoes for a year, along with additional goodie bags—all awarded by random drawing, so everyone has a chance to win.
