The Silver River Adobe Inn overlooks the confluence of the San Juan and La Plata rivers. The MacDonald Cottage, overlooking the Inn, was built in 1919 and designed as a southwest version of an Irish cottage. From the Cottage gardens guests view the San Juan Mountains and San Juan River.
