The park is specifically designed with inclusive elements, such as specialized surfacing, adaptive swings, and inclusive play equipment.
On November 3, 2025, phase one of the seven-acre park was opened. This section features:
- 40-foot slide with spiderweb climber
- A 4-person seesaw
- We-Go-Round - wheelchair-accessible spinner with inclusive swing bays
- Multiple sensory stations and play areas
- Accessible paths and handrail supports
- A specialized soft surfacing to ensure safety and ease of use for all visitors.
- Shade structures, restrooms with changing facilities, and accessible parking
