Totah Fine Arts Festival

Talented Native American artisans are juried into this annual festival celebrating the craftsmanship and friendship of regional artists. The Totah Fine Arts Festival also features a weekend of fantastic food, a powwow, and the very popular authentic Navajo rug auction.

2026 Totah Fine Arts Festival Schedule

The 37th Annual Totah Fine Arts Festival will take place at the Farmington Civic Center on Friday, September 4th, through Sunday, September 6th. Events to highlight this year's festival will be an authentic Navajo rug auction, Indian Market, powwow, and the Totah 5K River Run & Walk. 

September 4, 2026

• Juried Art Show Competition Registration, 8am to 12pm
• Rug Check-in, 9am to 4:30pm
• Artist Check-in, 12pm - 4:30pm
• Juried Competition Awards & Poster Contest unveiling, 5pm to 7pm

September 5, 2026

• Artist Check-in, 7am - 9am
• Rug Check-in, 9am to 12pm
• Show open to the public, 10am to 7pm
• Indian Market, 10am to 7pm
• Totah Festival Powwow & Gourd Dance, 12pm to 7pm
• Navajo Rug Auction, 1pm

September 6, 2026

• Totah Festival 5K Run/Walk, 8am, Berg Park
• Show open to the public, 11am to 5pm
• Indian Market, 11am to 5pm
