November 7, 2026 | Navajo Cake Workshop

Celebrate Native American Heritage Month at the Farmington Museum! Join Clara Smith for a workshop and learn how to make traditional Navajo cake. This workshop is open to all ages and offers a fun opportunity to explore Navajo culture through food and tradition.

November 21, 2026 | A Taste of Native Heritage: Fry Bread

Have you always wanted to learn how to make frybread? Join us for a fun and hands-on Frybread Workshop where participants of all ages can learn how to make this beloved traditional food from start to finish. Everyone is welcome to attend, and no experience is necessary. Instructions will be provided in Navajo, with an English translator on site to assist throughout the workshop. Come learn, connect, and enjoy a wonderful cultural experience with us!
