Come join in FREE, family fun, community walk or run in various communities across the Four Corners area. Being physically active daily can help you stay healthy and prevent diabetes and heart disease. You can do something about your health. It is UP TO YOU (T'aa Hwo' Aji T'eego) - only you can make the change to make the difference.
