Families, bring your little ghosts and ghouls to the San Juan County Public Health Office (PHO) at 355 S. Miller in Farmington for some trunk-or-treating and to learn more about the health care services that we offer to the community.
Services offered at this location include:
- Children’s Medical Services
- WIC
- Family Planning
- Immunizations
- Medications for opioid use disorder
- Harm Reduction
- Sexual health testing and treatment services
- Health Promotion
- Vital records (birth certificates) and more.
