The event is free to watch and a donation for rescue dogs is required to enter the contest.
Contest prizes will be given for:
- Best Overall Costume
- Scariest Costume
- Best Handmade (most creative) Costume
- Cutest Costume
- Best Group Costume (humans count!)
Registration starts at 2pm
Costume Parade starts at 3pm
Awards will be given at 4pm
