Easter Brunch at Northern Edge Navajo Casino

Cedar Bow Restaurant in the Northern Edge Navajo Casino invites you to have Easter Dinner with them on Sunday, March 31st, beginning at 10:00am. Brunch will include: 

• Starters of assorted breakfast pastries or fresh fruit bowl

Choice of Entrees Including: 

• Honey Glazed Ham and hash browns
• Steak & Enchiladas with pinto beans and rice
• Diné Rancho Huevos, diced steak on frybread or tortilla, hash brown, eggs (any style) with green chile sauce
• Chicken Fried Steak, hash browns, biscuit and green chile gravy
• Half of a roasted chicken, hash browns with sweet chile sauce
• Blue Corn Pancakes with butter and maple syrup. 

Desert includes chioce of Lava Cake with ice cream, strawberry cheesecake or Piñon pie
