San Juan Valley Trail Riders are hosting a beautiful fall rideing competition within Caballo Canyon with the goal to promote horsemanship and horse care as they apply to the sport of distance riding, by offering a variety of challenging and educational experiences designed to strengthen horse and rider partnerships.
Camp over Friday night, October 7th, begining at 2PM, then join in on either one or two full days of competition. Cost varies depending on membership status and how many days you ride. Volunteers always welcome! Lunch provided for everyone on Saturday. Event sponsored by North American Trail Ride Conference (NATRC).
