Bubbles & Bread: A Beginner Sourdough Workshop

This is a small, hands-on class designed for the person who has wanted to try sourdough but has no idea where to begin — or has a starter sitting on the counter wondering what on earth to do with it.

You’ll get your hands in the dough and learn:

• How to care for an active starter
• How to know when Bubbles is ready to bake
• How to mix and work a sourdough loaf
• Folding, fermentation, shaping & baking
• What your dough should actually look and feel like
• How to make a discard recipe
• What to do when sourdough doesn't go according to plan

And you'll leave with your own loaf in progress, some of Bubbles to take home, recipes and instructions so you can do it again.
