Music at the Museum featuring The Badly Bent
The Aztec Museum & Pioneer Village is thrilled to welcome back the Durango-based bluegrass band, The
Badly Bent. The band features: Patrick Dressen (vocals, guitar), Mark
Epstein (vocals, banjo), Joel Denman (vocals, mandolin), and Alex Read
(bass). This award-winning group of musicians is renowned for high
energy traditional bluegrass that appeals to all generations! They
always come with surprises that are sure to appeal to anyone who
appreciates the experience of live music in our friendly community
venue.
Music at the Museum concerts are free and open to the public. This
concert series is made possible thanks to the generosity of their 2026
sponsors and a designated grant from the Northwest New Mexico Arts
Council. Parking is the municipal lot behind the museum by the Aztec
Splash Pad off Park Avenue. The west gate opens at 6:30pm. The Event
Shed in the Pioneer Village seats about 165, or guests may bring their
own chairs. Many folks bring seat cushions for the shed chairs.
Concessions available; donations welcome. No pets please, for the safety
and enjoyment of guests and musicians. Service animals only.
