CASA Fall Pre Service Training

The San Juan Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer program is recruiting individuals interested in helping children who have been victims of abuse and neglect. CASA’s mission is to support effective volunteer advocacy for the best interest of abused and neglected children and to assist a child to reach a safe and permanent home. If you are interested in becoming a CASA volunteer please join our Fall Pre-Service Training. Must be 21 years old, and be able to pass a background check. Bird Watching

Join Donna Thatcher, Education Specialist, and other birders for bird watching from 8:00 to 10:00am at the Riverside Nature Center in Animas Park off Browning Parkway, and a leisurely walk of 1 to 2 miles in Animas and Berg Parks every Tuesday. This is a free event.
Imaginative Works of Mentality and Desert Dreams
