The Four Corners Art Association will showcase a wide variety of mediums in an exhibit titled 50 Years United in the Arts, at the Henderson Fine Arts Center Art Gallery. An opening reception will be held Friday, February 2, from 5 to 7 p.m., in the Henderson Fine Arts Center Arts Gallery.
The Henderson Fine Arts Center Art Gallery is open Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Fridays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Four Corners Art Association and its members are pleased to have San Juan College host the group in celebration of their 50th year. The show will feature art produced by its current members. The group is open to any artist with members from beginners to professionals, working in a wide variety of mediums.
The mission of the Four Corners Art Association is to support local art and artists, giving them a forum to meet, show, discuss or demonstrate art in its various forms. Through the past 50 years the Association’s membership has included most of the artists of the region at one time or another.
Four Corners Art Association hopes to continue supporting the arts for the next 50 year.
If you are an artist or aspiring to be and would like to meet other artists in the area, please consider joining. They meet at the Farmington Civic Center on the second Monday of every month, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
